Zachary Lucas
Founder & CEO
Zachary Lucas is a native of Mobile, AL. He is a graduate of Tuskegee University where he holds a B.S. in Accounting. He also is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University where he holds his MBA in Business Management. He began his career in 2009 as a co-op at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA) Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Currently, he is serving at NASA Headquarters as a Management Analyst for the Office of Communications and Public Engagement. He is also the CEO of Lucas Lean Six, LLC Consulting. He is married to Yasmeen Lucas and together they have 2 children, Avery and Zachary Jr.
Robert Jackson
Executive Director
Robert Jackson is a native of Selma, Alabama. He is a graduate of Tuskegee University where he holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He is also a graduate of Cleveland State University where he holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management. He currently serves as the Global Deployment Team Manager at Honeywell. He is married to Leah Jackson and together, they have 2 children, Parker and Evan.
Eloy Vazquez
Executive Director
Eloy J Vázquez, Sr. is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University where he holds a Bachelor of Science and a Minor in African American Studies. In addition, holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Phoenix. Eloy has over 20 years’ experience as an accomplished Talent Recruitment/Human Resources and Sales Professional. Currently a Senior Recruiter with The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH with responsibilities of hiring medical providers, recruitment & retention, diversifying the workforce, diversity training and more. He is married to Shawn Vázquez and the proud parent of son,Eloy Jr. & daughter Pilar.

Lance Foster - Aerospace Engineer NASA

Lance Foster is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He attended Florida A&M University where he received his B.S and Masters in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Computational Fluid Mechanics. He is currently the Propulsion Technical Lead in the Aerospace Engineering sector at the NASA Glenn Research Center.
Corey Williams - Principal Arthur Ashe Charter School New Orleans, LA

Corey J Williams, a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana. With a profound dedication to education, Corey has been making a positive impact on the lives of students for nearly a decade. Corey's academic journey began at Tuskegee University, where he obtained a B.S. in History Education. He also has a Masters in Public Administration, focusing on education administration and policy. Corey currently serves as Principal at New Orleans Firstline Charter Schools. Corey is married to HaShawn Ashford.
Jowan Smith - Author & Postsecondary Education Specialist - Cleveland, OH

Jowan Smith is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. She is a graduate of Bryant and Stratton College and holds an Associates in Business Administration. She is also a graduate of Cleveland State University where she holds a B.S. in Communications. She is the founding CEO of 1,000 Ties and Getting Our Babies to College 101. She is the author of 4 children's books. She is the mother of 2 (Tahneye and Trayvon) and the grandmother to 2 (Zakari and Maya).
